Accessible drop off and parking

For those needing to drop off guests with accessibility needs, please enter the lot in front of Simon Hall (168) from Olympian Way and Forsyth. Proceed to the drop off point and volunteers will be there to assist you.

Accessible parking is available to those displaying a state issued accessible placard or license plate in the Danforth University Center Garage (DUC)(200).  Accessible parking in the DUC Garage may only be accessed via Forsyth and Olympian Way.

Accessible seating

Entrances into Francis Olympic Field are accessible. Once inside the field, ushers are available to assist with seating.

Sign language

An American Sign Language interpreter will be present during Commencement and during individual recognition ceremonies.

Wheelchair reservations

We will have a limited number of wheelchairs available for the all-University Commencement ceremony on Monday, May 15 on first-come, first-serve basis available at the Simon lot drop-off and inside the Danforth University Center. If you need further assistance please contact the Commencement Office at Commencement@wustl.edu.

Golf Carts

In order to meet the needs of guests requiring transportation assistance on the morning of Commencement, golf carts will circulate around the interior of the Danforth Campus from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with limited service.
