The university strives to make its programs, services and activities accessible to all.
Guests Requiring Accessible Routes
Three entrances to the Quadrangle are accessible: the entrances south and north of Ridgley Hall and between Duncker and Cupples I Halls. Once inside the Brookings Quadrangle, ushers are available to assist with seating.
Accessibility maps and information about buildings on campus can be found on our Facilities website.
On Commencement morning from 7:15–11:30 a.m., golf cart shuttles will run on a regular route through the inner campus.
Vehicles may use the driveway south of Brookings Hall to drop off passengers. Elevators in South Brookings Hall provide access to the Quadrangle.
Since accessible parking is limited near the Quadrangle, drivers may be asked to park their vehicles in a general parking area after dropping off passengers.
For guests who must park in accessible spaces, lots are available in front of Goldfarb Hall and the psychology building. Please be sure to bring your state parking tag or verification. Learn more about accessible parking on campus on the university Parking & Transportation Services website.
An American Sign Language interpreter will be present during Commencement and during individual school ceremonies.
A limited number of complimentary wheelchairs are available for guests to rent by reservation for Thursday and Friday. Please contact Rosetta Saputo in Resource Management at 314-935-5669 or email@example.com for more information.
